Born in Britain in 1958, I have lived through the 60s to 90s, in Spain and London, then Beirut and Barcelona. Goya was my passion from the age of 8, then Pop Art, Dufy and art of the 20s to 50s, primarily the Austrian, German and British avant-garde. I love to find inspiring landscapes. My art evolved from dark moody works to figurative abstracts and landscapes in vibrant rich mediterranean colours as well as on the spot ink sketches of sailors, soldiers and boxers. I look forward to the next decade of work.
