Yes. SOOMI is designed to work alongside the channels and relationships you already use. It gives every artwork enquiry and collector relationship one organised home.

Collector Book is SOOMI’s private contact and follow-up system. It helps you remember collectors, enquiries, artwork interests, notes and next steps. Every plan includes it; the relationship allowance grows with paid plans.

After 90 inactive days we email the account address with the deletion date. Sign in to cancel deletion automatically. If the account reaches 100 inactive days, its login and public profile are removed and personal profile data is erased or anonymised. Active paid memberships are excluded.

SOOMI+ is an active-membership badge. The separate red SOOMI Ambassador badge is earned through the referral milestone. Neither badge authenticates artworks, guarantees fulfilment or buys ranking.

SOOMI is not a marketplace and does not promise buyers. It helps you present your work, remember collector relationships and handle a direct sale professionally.

Artwork payments are direct charges on the artist’s connected Stripe account. Stripe and the artist’s account settings control balance availability, reserves and payout timing; SOOMI does not hold proceeds or release a later transfer.

Yes. A visitor can send their name, email and message directly from a published artwork page without creating a SOOMI account.

Yes. A published SOOMI payment page supports secure guest checkout and identifies the artist as seller.

SOOMI reviews the organiser’s own page, confirms that applying is free and requires at least 15 days before the deadline. The list is refreshed monthly and late entries are removed daily.
