Born in Kanagawa, Japan. TSUTSUMI Haruka is a fine art photographer and artist currently based in Paris. ​Raised in an environment rich in artistic appreciation, she developed a deep passion for visual arts from an early age. She began practicing oil painting at age seven—advancing ahead of peers to study the medium for seven years.
